1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using the Bolsarex application ("the app" or "the service"), you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Bolsarex is an investment portfolio tracking application. It lets you record your transactions manually, calculate performance metrics (XIRR, weighted average cost, unrealised gain), set up price alerts and read news filtered by the assets in your portfolio.

Bolsarex is not an investment service. The app has no access to your broker accounts, cannot execute buy or sell orders, and does not provide personalised financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

3. Registration and account

To use the service you need to create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. If you detect unauthorised access, report it to us immediately at support@bolsarex.app.

4. Free plan and Pro plan

Bolsarex offers two tiers:

• Free plan: up to 10 assets and 20 transactions, basic performance and a limited watchlist. No cost, no expiry date.
• Pro plan: unlimited assets and transactions, unlimited price alerts, PDF tax reports, anomaly detection, real-time news and FIRE projection. The price is €4.99/month or €39.99/year. The subscription is managed and billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on the platform you subscribe from. You can cancel at any time from your store settings.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use Bolsarex only for lawful and personal purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or unauthorised systems.
• Distributing, sublicensing or reselling the service.
• Using the app for fraudulent activities or activities that breach applicable law.
• Reverse-engineering the application's code.

6. Accuracy of the data

Bolsarex displays market prices provided by third parties. This data may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of real-time prices. Do not make investment decisions based solely on the information in the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, brand and content are the property of Bolsarex. The portfolio data you enter is yours: you have the right to export it at any time and to request its deletion as set out in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bolsarex will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, from errors in market data, or from investment decisions made based on the information shown in the app.

9. Changes to the service and the terms

We may modify these terms or the service itself at any time. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence, in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.
