Delete your Bolsarex account

1. How to request deletion

Bolsarex has no web portal with sign-in: account management happens inside the app. That's why there are two ways to delete it, depending on whether you still have access to the app:

• From the app (recommended): open Bolsarex → Settings tab → "Delete my account" button → confirm the action in the dialog. Deletion is immediate and does not require waiting for a response from our team.
• By email (if you no longer have access to the app or the device): write to support@bolsarex.app from the email address associated with your account, with "Delete account" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and delete the account within a maximum of 72 hours.

2. What data is deleted

When you delete your account we permanently erase:

• Your profile (email, password) and your referral code.
• All your portfolios: assets, transactions, average cost and history.
• Your watchlist and all your price, portfolio and anomaly alerts.
• Your app preferences (language, theme, FIRE settings, etc.).

3. What is retained, and for how long

Your account and its data are removed from our database immediately. Even so, data may persist in the following situations, for the periods indicated:

• Technical backups: for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are permanently purged from all our systems — the same period stated in our privacy policy.
• Active paid subscription (Bolsarex Pro): deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription, since it is managed by the corresponding store. Cancel it from your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings, before or after deleting your account.
• Legal obligations: if the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, billing records) for longer, we retain them only for that purpose and for the applicable legal period.
